Everything was amazing, breakfast was wonderful. Truly enjoyed to spend 6 days in our recently refurbished double room with comfort of guest, a garden, TV. The staff were proactive and efficient all the time. Good service was provided. Besides, there was parking onsite.

The facility is a bit dated, and I found that noise from other guests could be disruptive, especially at night.

What makes it worth it, and what doesn't

Very clean room with an excellent bed,. There's daily housekeeping. Plenty of hot water in the shower and a nice smart TV too.

The location is decent, but the motel-style vibe makes it feel simpler than I expected. No standout dining options nearby left me wanting more.

Everything was simply amazing. We had a very very good stay in this cute little and private hotel. We loved the a double room which was large and functional for comfort of guest. Absolutely perfect location to historic area made it easy to get to key attractions.

Huge units with TV and comfort of guest, and the staff were EXCEPTIONAL. The location in a great quiet area was good and there were a market and shops nearby.

I was highly disappointed with my stay. The bathroom had a significant issue with blockages that persisted throughout our visit. There seemed to be no urgency to resolve the situation, and I had to deal with foul odors while waiting for a fix. My attempts to get better service were met with slow responses, leaving me feeling neglected and frustrated.

The hotel is very good, the location is very accessible, I could walk from the hotel to downtown in 15 minutes, it has a large parking lot, the bed is very comfortable, the internet was good, I stayed on the ground floor, the TV service was also good. I stayed for 5 nights and everything was pretty good, the staff is very accessible and I had no problems with the reservation since they make a retention charge to secure it, I only paid the rest at the place. I went by car and was able to visit several places like Plaza Andares, Tlaquepaque, Expo Guadalajara, Plaza del Sol (20 minutes by car from the hotel) and downtown Guadalajara (15 minutes walking)

I could hear the footsteps of someone upstairs wearing heels and woke up very early so it was hard to go back to sleep. The other nights I had no problem even though there were many guests in the hotel.

Hotel Isabel offers a unique atmosphere and a cozy stay. I loved the secure parking right at my room. The good garden and blooming gardenias provided a peaceful vibe away from the hustle. I enjoyed the breakfast options that offered a good variety, and the small, clean room with a tv met my needs. There were some challenges. The check-in process was quite frustrating and took longer than expected, disappointing. I also noticed some noise from the hallway during the early mornings. A slight musty smell lingered in the bathroom, and the bathroom water pressure was unexpectedly low. Despite these issues, the overall experience was enjoyable, especially the atmosphere and service.

The staff was cute and efficient. My dog enjoyed the service while I moved my car to the convenient parking right near my room. The outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing treat after strolling the tree-lined streets nearby.

The cozy rooms and quiet vibe exceeded my expectations. We loved being close to the city center and having plenty of food options nearby.
